Avengers: Endgame has taken the world by storm, accumulating over $2.5 billion in total global box office sales. This record-breaking film concludes Marvel’s critically-acclaimed 22-film, 11-year saga.

In Avengers: Endgame, released on April 26 and directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the Avengers who were not killed from “the snap” in Avengers: Infinity War must figure out how to bring back their annihilated allies for an epic clash with Thanos — the vile villain who vanished half of the universe’s population.

Amid the endless adventure, excitement, and action, heart-wrenching emotional twists are intertwined throughout the movie, creating a cinematic experience, unlike any other. This cinematic farewell to an iconic era of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is incredibly nostalgic, paying homage a plethora of past Marvel scenes, lines, and characters from almost every MCU movie since 2008.

The beginning of the film began slow, however, as the movie became more exhilarating and poignant, this three hour and two-minute film felt much shorter than its lengthy runtime indicates. While Avengers: Infinity War left viewers feeling uneasy and unhappy, Avengers: Infinity War left the viewers a much-deserved feeling of content.
