Emily Nordhaus is a junior and this is her first year of writing for The Cardinal Chronicle. Outside of writing for the newspaper, she loves to be outside, read, and play with her 8-month-old puppies, Olive and CeCe. Her favorite books are The Princess Bride by William Goldman and Perks of being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky.
